Continental Breakfast at Home
Ingredients :
- 400 g watermelon
- 3 eggs
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions :
1. Cut up the watermelon and put it in a separate bowl
2. Add olive oil to a pan and cook the eggs
3. While the eggs are cooking, cut the tomatoes and the cucumber, place them inside a bowl, add olive oil, and season with oregano, salt, and pepper
4. Once the eggs are cooked, place them on a plate, season with some salt, and enjoy your continental breakfast!!
