PB Buckwheat Cookies

Ingredients :

  • 30 g buckwheat flour
  • 1 g baking soda
  • 9 g brown sugar
  • 13 mL coconut oil
  • 5 g maple syrup
  • 20 g peanut butter
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions :

1. Measure out all the ingredients for 3 (a single serving) peanut butter cookies
2. Mix in a container until you reach the desired consistency
3. Divide the dough into 3 equally sized balls and turn the oven on (355 degrees Fahrenheit)
4. Place the balls on the baking paper
5. Flatten the cookies with a fork
6. Bake in the oven at 355 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes
7. Once you get the cookies out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10 minutes until they become firm
8. Spread some extra peanut butter, and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon for some extra flavor
